Who we are
This website is operated by BigExcel™ (“BigExcel™”, “we”, “us”). We develop websites, custom software and our own software products. You can reach us through the contact page.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, e-mail address, phone number, organization, subject and message.
Our server also records technical information with each submission, such as your IP address and browser user-agent, which we use to prevent abuse and spam.
We do not ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- to read and reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- to keep a record of enquiries so that we can follow up
- to protect the website from spam and misuse
- to improve our website and the information we provide
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed to operate the contact form securely (for example, a security token that protects against forged form submissions). We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
Who receives your information
Your enquiry is stored in our database and may be e-mailed to our team. We use hosting and e-mail service providers to operate the website, and they process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business communications, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to us through the contact page. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures, such as access controls and protection against form abuse. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other websites
This website may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
